Course Content:

Structural principles and system components of UAVs: Detailed explanation of the structural components, working principles, basic concepts and functions of power systems, electronic control systems, communication systems and avionics systems of various types of UAVs.

Identification and testing of electronic components: learn the characteristics, parameters and testing methods of commonly used electronic components, and master the use of multimeters, oscilloscopes and other testing equipment skills.

UAV assembly and debugging technology: systematically learn the assembly process of various types of UAVs, fastening methods, cable connection, and parameter debugging of core components such as ESC and flight control.

Flight control system configuration and calibration: in-depth understanding of the principle of PID parameter adjustment, master the configuration method of the flight control system, complete the compass, accelerometer and other sensor calibration.

Motor and power system maintenance: learn motor disassembly, maintenance and performance testing, ESC parameter setting and troubleshooting, propeller selection, balancing and installation.

Battery management and charging/discharging technology: master the characteristics of lithium batteries, safe use of norms, charging and discharging management, as well as battery fault judgment and treatment methods.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis: systematically learn the analysis of common UAV failure phenomena, fault location and troubleshooting methods, and improve the logical thinking ability of troubleshooting.

Maintenance tools use and maintenance: proficiency in the use of soldering iron, hot air gun, precision tools and other professional maintenance equipment skills and daily maintenance.
